Getting what you need
Cleaning the data that is to be kept and filling
any gaps using telephone research can be seen as an expensive and
time consuming exercise. It is however the most effective way of
ensuring that the information held is up to date, relevant and accurate.
Previous phases of the project should define in detail exactly what
information is required so that the research can be focused, cost
effective and relevant to the firm or particular practice areas
within it.

Once the telemarketing is completed and a final
data set exists, it is ready to be imported back to your own system.
This exercise often coincides with the rollout of a new CRM system
in which case the data is imported to your new system. Alternatively,
Shamrock can continue to hold the data on your behalf until your
systems are ready and provide secure on-line access via our specially
developed web interface.
