Defining what you need
One of the key challenges facing any firm is defining
the information required to support its business objectives and
marketing strategy.
Using an interactive workshop approach, we would
help your team articulate in detail the organisation types, job
roles and key fields they require to support their business development
and communications strategy. This will often be based around the
industry sectors and areas of technical specialism that the firm
is pursuing, for example Head of Risk in insurance companies.
By defining this it is then possible to benchmark
the findings from the data audit and to create a gap analysis between
what data is held and what is required.
